Vietnam Era North Vietnamese / Viet Cong Divers Wrist Compass. White glow in the dark type, woven watchband. These bands were made for visibility by the diver while underwater. Plastic, domed compass body. Liquid filled. Has Chinese markings and is dated 1968. The back of the body is marked 20103. Looks like it may have only been on a body once. I have only seen photos of these compass's.
