WWII - Occupation SCAP / Supreme Command Allies Pacific Foreign Correspondent Bullion Patch. Slightly over two inches tall. Raw silk background with gold and silver bullion details. These were worn by the foreign correspondents attached to MacArthur's HQ in Tokyo. Unused. Very tough patch to find.
