1940's-1950's Viet Minh Ribberized Wicker Pith Helmet. Standard early style woven wicker helmet. Has brown rubberized plastic cover, plus the original shoe string like chin strap, these are almost always missing. Helmet and cover show use and wear. Brought home by a Marine who was over in Vietnam really early. This is a killer piece of headgear.
