ARVN / South Vietnamese Army Infantry Patrol Type Cap. Heavy cotton twill like body. Cut similar to a Ranger style patrol cap except it has three neck flaps. There are three rusted grommets on each side. The brim is multi-stitched. Has well worn but still in great shape. You will see lots of photos of these being worn but this is the first one we have ever handled. Small size.
