First off I would like to thank Danielle and Bob Chatt for helping with the sale of my collection.

 I started collecting when I was 9 or 10 years old after my grandfather gave me his souvenirs from WWII.

About 6 moths later I bought my first military item at the local gun show, a mint 2^nd model Luftwaffe dagger with  knot and hangers for $50.00. I had to borrowed $30.00 from my Dad to close the deal.

Here I am 45 years later having had collections of daggers, German headgear, painted flight jackets, US headgear, named groupings and insignia for military. Plus, vintage clothing and toys.

Now I have decided to retire early and travel.
