Amazing Indentified Mike Force Command NCO Group. Where to start with this group? This is a set we have tried to hang on to for our archives but can't justify it. At this years Show Of Shows we had this on display, so those that got to see it, know just how killer it is.

This group is named to a Command Sergeant Major, who was involved in Special Forces for many years and also did a combat jump into Vietnam. You will see his name in the photos so you can easily do a search to see more.

Included in this group is the following:

1. Black and gold Mike Force patrol scarf. Julti-piece cotton construction, shows very minor wear.

2. Jungle made North Vietnamese Flag. Red cotton body with a applied gold star. Has a few bullet holes in it. There is also old pieces of scotch tape on the edges as it was in a really crappy glass frame when we bought the group that had broken, so we removed it.

3. A real, Death From Above Mike Force flag. Multi-piece, lightweight cotton flag. Has been used and has legit weathering to it. You will see 1000's of fakes of these flags for every one real one.

4. Vietnamese made plaque presented to him from B Company, 5th special forces.

5. Vietnamese made presentation plaque from the men of C Detachment 20th mobile strike force command.

6. Vietnamese inlaid wooden presentation plaque from the B Company 5th Special Forces.

7.A copy of Charles Simpson's INSIDE THE GREEN BERETS book. That the SGM has made into a personal photo album, and also in his hand writing made corrections to certain sections of the book.

8. A pile of misc insignia, including the ultra rare MCCATS CIDG pocket patch, his single dog tag, 2 dogtags for his dog. This patch was on my most wanted search for twenty years, and I really wanted to take it out of this grouping but couldn't.

9. A pile of misc paperwork and photos. Some are copies. Plus his Funeral memorial crad. A SOA newsletter about the SGM and what he did in Special Forces, etc.

This is by far the largest and most complete Mike Force grouping we have ever handled, that includes some really rare items. Price is on request, but be ready, it's not cheap. This grouping would look great staying here, but like Danielle always tells me, we can't keep everything.

We just purchased this grouping back from a collector we sold it to about a year ago. We will be bringing it to the SOS if anyone wants to see it in person.
