Army Medical Cases Used As Personal Items Case

WWII Japanese Army Medical Case. Standard issue hard canvas bag and carrying strap. Red CRoss emblem has been removed from the front. Inside the lid is a lot of writing. The writing translates to an inventory of what should be in the case ( syrunge, scissors, antiseptic, gauze, etc..). Inside are numeorus personal items, including leggings, ball of string, wooden spoon, cloth wallet, paperwork and a plastic like photo holder with various black and white photos of ladies and family. Shows wear but overall still in great shape.
