WWII US Army first aid carlisle pouch with bandage tin. The OD cotton/canvas is clean and in very good condition. The steel hanger is also in very good condition. The markers mark is worn and cannot be read. The bandage tin is still sealed and clean with some minor wear on the surface. The red paint indicates that the tin contains sulfanilamide.
