Infantry School Helmet Liner with Sergeant Stripes

Vietnam era helmet liner that has been painted black with the Infantry School decals on both sides and Sergeant rank on the front. The insignia was probably added for parade in the 1960’s. The liner is of Vietnam era construction and the shell is solid and strong. The paint is marked and chipped in places. The rim of the liner has cracking but all of the rivets are intact. The webbing and leather is worn, but intact. Some of the metal hardware is rusty.
