Vietnam era Experimental Test Sample 4 Star Air Force General Flight Suit. Air Force Blue cotton suit. Body is clean with no notable wear. 4 Stars on each of the shoulders.  On the left chest is a leather patch with wings and name. On the right chest is a North American Air Defense Command Patch. On the inside is a Experimental Test Sample tag with the General's name. Labelled a size 37.
