WWI 115th Engineers Trench Art Shell Vase. About eight and a quarter inches tall. Brass shell casing with a twisted bottom. On the front the brass has been opended up and peeled back like a frame. Inside is a black and white image of an enlisted 3rd army soldier. On th back, stamped out of the pebbled background is ARTHUR NESLIN 115TH CO. B AEF FRANCE 1918-1919. The shell is stamped, on the bottom, ST 364 AUG 1917 PATRONENBRIK KARLSRUHE 67% CU SP256. Neat piece and the photos do not do it justice.
