WWII Winter Imperial Japanese Naval Officers Visor Hat. Standard issue blue wool covered visor hat. Has the heavy gold bullion embroidered cap badge. Liner has some wear and the leather is damaged in spots. Bill has some wear, but is intact. Shows use but still in nice shape. Small size.
