Japanese Cased Red Cross Merit Medal. Standard silk ribbed ribbon with an eye hook type catch. Still in it's original issued laquered wood case. Medal looks sterling and has incredible enamelled details. Also in the case is the lapel rosette ribbon. . Medal is in incredible condition and the case shows minor storage wear.
