Japanese Emperor Meiji Patriotic Wall Hanger. About fifteen by seventeen inches. Large wooden, ornate frame. In the center is a gold painted metal piece with a bust of Emperor Meiji towards the end of his life in full army uniform, in relief. This is a great piece. If I didn't already have one similar I would keep this one.
