Late WWII era helmet liner that has been painted with the 133rd Infantry Regiment, 34th Infantry Division with Sergeant rank on the front. The insignia was probably added for parade in the 1950’s. The liner is of WWII construction and the shell is sold and strong. The paint is marked and chipped in places. The rim of the liner has cracking but all of the rivets are intact. The webbing has some tears and wear. Some of the metal hardware has surface rust. The liner is definitely well worn.
