Pin back.  Also is included a small round enameled LEUT clutch back pin. A LT J RINES engraved name tag that is also clutch  back. Lastly a  State Of New Hampshire Rescue Squad tie clip made by HOOK-FAST PROV RI. All pieces show minor wear but still in great shape.
