WWII Army Winter Overshoes. The rubberized canvas is in good condition with no notable wear. They are still very supple. They are size 9 and the soles are marked BALL-BAND VICTORY. Metal parts are in good shape with some surface rust. Soles are in very good condition. Dated 1942.
