WWII Constabulary Tall Three Buckle Boots. Marked a size  8 1/2D and are 1942 dated. The leather could definitely use some polish but is still very supple. There are some small marks and scratches on the boots. The laces are damaged from wear and tear. Soles are marked Goodyear and are in good shape.
