WWII era USMC Killed In Action on the Last Day of Corregidor Grouping. Grouping comes with portrait, Purple Heart Certificate and correspondence from Marine Corps, Navy and Veterans Administration regarding his death. All of the paperwork is in good condition with no torn or missing  parts. Portrait measures 8 x 10 inches. Corporal Scheib was killed in action on the day the Japanese captured the Island of Corregidor. He was among the final casualties of the Fall of the Philippines.
