Early war WWII M1 Helmet and Liner Front seam, Fixed bale. The helmet shell is in solid condition with just some wear to the corking and paint. You can see blue paint under the OD suggesting this was once a Navy helmet. Bales are in good condition. The liner is clean and all of the webbing is intact. Liner is a Westinghouse early high pressure. The leather liner chinstrap is missing. The chinstraps is khaki and has some minor wear and damage. The hook part of the chinstrap is a late war replacement. The metal hardware is overall clean with minor rust. The metal front seam is intact. Overall in decent condition.
