Late war WWII M1 Helmet and Liner Front seam, Swivel bale. The helmet shell is in solid condition with just some wear to the corking and paint. Bales are in very good condition. The liner is clean and all of the webbing is intact. Much of the Liner webbing and hardware appears to be replacement parts, suggesting the liner has been restored. Liner is a CAPAC and is also stamped Micarta 1952. The leather liner chinstrap is a reproduction. The chinstraps are OD and are in good condition with minor wear. The metal hardware is overall clean and in good shape. The metal front seam is in great shape. The follow me strip looks like a more recent addition to the shell. Overall a very solid display piece.
