WWII Or Before Army ROTC Visor Cap. Standard 1930's-40's type OD wool officers cap. Attached to the front is a brass ROTC insignia. Hat made by The Military Tailors in Fort Douglas, Utah. Marked size 7 1/8. Material has multiple stained on it but the cap overall is in solid condition. The leather bill is dry and dusty, but still solid.
