WWII US Navy ELCO PT Boat Tiebar / Badge. About two and a quarter inches long. Appears Sterling. ELCO hallmark is very clear, but hard to make out other hallmark below bar. Still has the tie bar and hasn't been converted to a pin yet. Nice shape.
