1940's Deputy Secretary Of Defense Under Truman Car Plate. Mteal plate that is about six by nine inches. Has the Secretray of Defense insignia painted on the front. On the back is scratched in ANNA ROSENBERG. Then written in ink is  DEPUTY SECRETARY OF DEFENSE TRUMAN ADMINISTRATION. Also included is the original manila type envelope that it was stored in with the same info written on it. Plate shows minor use and wear. Cool piece.
