WWII era Humidor Made From B-17 Piston Named to Japanese Invasion of Philippines Vet. Piston is clean and in good condition with no notable wear. Lid fits nicely. Col. William J. Bohnaker led the first squadron of B-17's to Pearl Harbor in May of 1941 before being transferred to the Philippines. Col. Bohnaker had one of the few B-17's that survived the bombing of Luzon and flew against the Japanese in 1941 and 1942. He escaped the islands and was assigned to the 2nd Air Force stateside.
