WWII US Army SHAEF Medical Officers Service Coat with Bullion Insignia. Has the SHAEF patch in wool and bullion on the left in clean, good condition. The wool belt is missing. Jacket is in very good condition. The DI's and rank and bullion and all are in very good condition. Jacket measures shoulder to shoulder 19 inches, front chest size 20 inches, sleeve length 23 inches and top of the neck to the base of the jacket is 30 inches.
