WWII AAF Type K-1 Flight Nurse Khaki Overseas Cap. Soft khaki cotton body with officers piping. Inside is lined in satin and made by Knox. Has the AAF stamp and a size 22 tag. Also is the black and gold woven AAF spec label. Excellent condition.
