Jonathon Winter's Framed Vietnam Patch Set From USO Tours

In stock

Framed Group Of Patch From Jonathon Winter's Estate. This is a neat little grouping of patches that was given to Mr Winter's on some of his USO tours.

The higlights are a printed ARVN 3rd Corps patch, 520th Transportation Battalion that is Vietnamese hand embroidered, 12th Evacuation Hospital Honorary Member patch ( have never seen one of these) that is also Vietnamese hand embroidered. A South Vietnamese Air Force patch that is Japanese machine embroidered. There is a 497th Tactical Fighter Squadron NIGHT OWLS patch, not sure where it is made as I am not going to open the frame to look at it. Then two Thai made 606th Air Commando and a 608th (?) Air Commando patch. All are mounted in a 60's era frame and was done my a framing shop in North Hollywood. Still attached to the frame is the Humour Hall Of Frame estate sale price tag. Plus we have copies of the written receipt from the sale (I wish we could have bought this frame as reasonable as it shows). Group looking group from a Great Comedian.
