Vietnam Phu Cat NCo Open Mess Pipe Lighter. Elongated body. Has a goldish colored finish. On the front is engraved a cat. On the reverse is  PHU CAT NCO OPEN MESS. Japanese made CUPID ZAIMA. Shows minor use. We had this listed on the website a couple of years ago and had somehow misplaced it. It took almost two years to find it again.
