Medical Directorate NCO OD Fatigue Shirt

ARVN / South Vietnamese Army Medical Directorate NCO OD Fatigue Shirt. OD cotton shit with four pockets and side waist tighteners. On the left shoulder is a Vietnamese machine embroidered medical directorate patch. Above the left pocket is a machine embroidered name strip. Over the right pocket is a hand embroidered medical qualification badge. On the button flap is a ARVN NCO chevron. No markings but judging by the cut and weight it is probably post 1972. Has been worn but still nice.
