WWI era M-1910 first aid pouch with tin. The pouch is in solid condition with some staining and wear from usage. The snaps are in solid, useable condition with some minor corrosion. Marked THE MILLER-HEXTER CO. 1918.  The Disk on the front were issued during the interwar years. The first aid tin is an WWI variant that is worn from age with the pull ring missing, but still sealed.
