WWI US Army Wire Cutters, Unit Marked. Both the cutters and pouch are notably worn. Parts of the rubber grips are dried and broken off. Cutter still work well. Pouch is stained and has wear. The pouch can still hold weight. Unit markings are on the back side of the pouch. Pouch makers mark are faded, but the date 1917 can be made out.
