Incredible 44 Star US FLag That Has Been Modified To A 48 Star Flag. Very coarse, muslin cotton body. About forty-one by seventy inches. In the blue field are the machine senw 44 white stars. Someone has then made four extra stars out of slightly different material, and has sewn them into each corner, in the blue field to make it a 48 star field. This has been folded for a long time, and shows. The person we bought it from swore the damage in the center was from some gun fire, but we can't prove that, as it looks more like some bug or rodent damage. Has some misc small bug bites, but nothing that would detract from this if it was framed. This is a great US flag.
