WWI US Marine Corps Enlisted Collar Disc / Dog Tag Charm. One inch in diameter. Blackened finish. At one point screw back post was removed or broken off and a hole was stamped in disc to attach to a dog tag cord or necklace. Hole was put in disc a very long time ago.
