WWI M1917 helmet with liner painted to 178th Infantry Brigade of the 89th Division. The steel shell is solid with good corking and no big dents. There is some minor surface rust and sratches. The liner is still attached to the shell. All of the liner parts are still there but worn out. The leather chinstrap is intact but starting to breakdown. The insignia is painted on both sides.
